ARIC MASTER
Aric Master is a dance movement researcher, educator, and choreographer based in Mumbai, India. His expertise lies in movement practices such as Exfloor, Flying Low, Passing Through, Martial Arts, Contact Improvisation, Modern Contemporary Dance, Jazz, and Ballet, with 15 years of experience.
Aric has also been a former member of TL Inc (Terence Lewis Inc), where he worked as a Senior Company Member, Teacher, Performer, and Assistant Choreographer.
Currently, he is a founding member and one of the organizers of the Partner Dance Festival (PDF). He is also co-curating Omniverse.art as a Creative Director, focusing on bringing Artificial Intelligence and art together.
His current projects involve assisting in choreographing for the reality show India's Best Dancer and an upcoming web series in India.
Aric is one of the few Indian contemporary dancers who has studied under David Zambrano as part of a five-week intensive workshop on Flying Low and Passing Through techniques at TicTac Art Centre, Brussels, in 2019 and 2022.
Aric's profound training under renowned Martial Arts and Contemporary Dance practitioners in India and Europe inspired him to develop his own innovative dance vocabulary, Exfloor. He is currently working as an independent artist, pursuing and working on projects both in India and internationally.
